He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees both from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Science Institute of Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2005 and 2011, respectively. He worked as a Research Assistant and Lecturer in Gazi University between 2002 and 2012. He worked as an Assistant Professor between 2012 and 2014, as an Associated Professor between 2014 and 2016 at Afyon Kocatepe University. He worked as a visiting scholar at University of Wisconsin, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (Madison, USA) in 2013, and he worked as a Researcher at Technical University of Munich, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Germany) in 2016. Since 2016, he has been working as an Associated Professor in the Energy Systems Engineering Department of Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Ankara, Turkey. His research interests are in the application of power electronics circuits, renewable energy systems, electrical machines, energy conversion systems, programming microprocessors, and computer applications.
